The Invite to Event module is available for all online accounts.

By using this module, you can send online invitations for participation in the event to a list of email addresses defined by yourself.

Networking & meeting planning

For networking and meeting planning Technology Expo offers to exhibitors several applications: Invite to Event, Meetings planner, My program. Invite to Event and My program are included in the stand package for all exhibitors. The Meetings planner may be used by the exhibitors for planning meetings with other participants in the event if acquiring the optional service B2B Meetings, in the Networking section when registering at the event.

Exhibitor press releases

Technology Expo offers exhibitors the opportunity to make visitors aware of news and information about exhibitors, products and services by posting press releases on the event's website in the News section. If you want us to post news about your company on the event website please contact us.

Invitations for visitors

Visitors' participation is free based on registration on the event's website. The exhibitor can invite people to the event using the Invite to Event application available in the Exhibitor's account or using any other means available to the Exhibitor.

After the registration, all tickets will be available in the registration account. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. Please make sure you have on your phone the e-mail with the electronic ticket or print at home the ticket and bring it with you at the event.

Young people and children under the age of 18 have free access to the event and they must be accompanied by an adult who has a visitor ticket.

The recommended parking for exhibitors and the delivery of goods to the Technology Expo Trade Fair is the CRAFT Timisoara parking.

Parking passes during the Technology Expo Trade Fair days are payable and can be aquired at the CRAFT Timisoara parking. Upon arrival, if the CRAFT Timisoara parking is full, there are several parking lots available near by.

Exhibitor passes for the exhibition

All the exhibition passes will be available for download or print after registration. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. Please make sure you have on your phone the e-mail with the electronic ticket or print at home the ticket and bring it with you at the event.
